CONCEPT:

As a design exercise, we were tasked to create a pavilion or structure as part of the gardens at The Huntington. This pavilion would be multi-use for events and concerts and it would be a space for The Huntington visitors to enjoy and relax. For my pavilion, I created The Butterfly Garden and Pavilion, a space dedicated to the pollinators. The space includes a delicate and ornate pavilion for events and it is surrounded by beautiful flowers and stained glass feeders that attract pollinators that can be seen freely around the garden.
